On 27 November 2024 a Vietnamese-Bulgarian Business Forum was held in Ho Chi Minh City. The business forum was opened by President Rumen Radev during his official visit to the country.
The event brought together over 40 Bulgarian and 185 Vietnamese companies to discuss opportunities for cooperation in strategic sectors such as digital transformation, innovation and biotechnology.
The Minister of Innovation and Growth, Assoc. Prof. Rosen Karadimov, emphasized the great potential for the development of economic relations between the two countries.
The forum was also attended by Mr. Todor Ivandjikov, Chairman of the Bulgarian Aviation Industry Association (BAIА) and member of the BCCI Board, who presented the opportunities for partnerships in the aviation sector.
This event marks an important step towards strengthening bilateral economic ties and expanding cooperation in key industries.
The event was also attended by Deputy Minister of Innovation and Growth Krasimir Yakimov, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Bulgarian Development Bank Deliana Ivanova and Executive Director of the Executive Agency for Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises Boyko Takov.
