BAIA initiates changes, builds on and creates new proposals for legislative amendments in the part of laws and regulations concerning aviation in the Republic of Bulgaria before the relevant state authorities. BAIA takes care to create a working environment where all administrative and work processes run smoothly with the improvement of communication with all institutions at government and administrative level.
BAIA develops and accelerates cooperation with international organizations and associations related to aviation, borrowing and promoting their experience, systematizes information in order to promote the positive experience of the companies in the industry.
The Association initiates training in the field of aviation in order to develop collegiality and cooperation between companies in the sector and to create a more favourable working environment.
BAIA is actively working to create a new strategy for vocational education in aviation with the help of all government institutions, as well as attracting more young people to aviation in order to create a strong foundation for the future of aviation in our country. Mr. Ivandjikov stressed that all the goals and tasks that the Association is implementing are aimed at boosting the development of our aviation industry and Bulgaria to become a significant aviation hub at European and global level.
