On the occasion of the International Children’s Day, the Bulgarian Air Force is organizing an Open Day at 3 air bases, namely – Dolna Mitropolia, Vrazhdebna and Bezmer. The Bulgarian Aviation Industry Association (BAIA) invites parents to take their children to see the airplanes and introduce them to aviation.
01 June – from 10:00 to 14:00 – 12th Dolna Mitropolia Air Base ;
01 June – from 10:00 to 14:00 – 16th Vrazhdebna Air Base;
01 June – 09:30 to 12:30 – 22nd Bezmer Air Base.
A static display will introduce small and large aviation enthusiasts to the purpose and characteristics of aviation, aircraft maintenance and logistics equipment, weapons and special equipment in service in the Bulgarian Air Force.
At 22nd Airbase Bezmer, children will have the opportunity to show their talent by drawing on asphalt, and the best will be awarded prizes.
