As a continuation of the discussions held by Mr. Todor Ivandjikov, Chairman of BAIA with the CAA, the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Finance, a follow-up meeting was initiated with all the institutions involved, with the aim of eliminating VAT and excise duty on fuel in the training centres.
Please find attached the letter sent by BAIA to the Minister of Transport and Communications, the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Education and Science, the Minister of Youth and Sports and the General Directorate of the CAA.
