On 8 February at the headquarters of OAMTC (Bulgarian UAV and HEMS) was held a very interesting and important meeting of JEDA (the largest European Association for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) of which is a member and co-founder of the Bulgarian Association BAIA, represented by its President Mr. Todor Ivandjikov and Stefan Hristozov, a member of the BAIA Board is the Secretary of JEDA.
EASA has recognized JEDA as the biggest and best partner for the development of unmanned aviation through its representative who is an outstanding professional and good guru Natale Di Rubbo.
We also note the wonderful hosting of OAMTC, who are already deploying drones in HEMS and are one of the pioneers of quite a few innovations in HEMS.
The meeting was attended by 22 Associations from different European countries, and important decisions were taken on the development of EASA regulations, training and certification of UMS pilots.
Our performance was very strong and highly appreciated.
